Balsamic Vinaigrette

Balsamic Vinaigrette

This Vinaigrette is tasty on a hearty green like kale, or a lighter green like arugula. Something fun you can do when making this Vinaigrette is to experiment with the Oil to Vinegar ratios as well as the different herbs.

Making your own salad dressing will save you a lot of money! It takes less than 5mins to put together. A must for making a delicious Vinaigrette is to use an immersion blender or a regular blender. It mixes everything so well. Trust me, bring this dressing to a party or when serving family/friends and everyone will ask, “How did you get it so creamy?” You can share the secret, the immersion blender or keep it to yourself.
