This corn dip takes me back to 2007- Junior year of college where I stumbled upon this recipe and it quickly became my go to recipe. It’s quick and easy to make and a crowd pleaser. The ingredients are minimal, which makes this a budget friendly appetizer to make. You can serve this as a dip, use it as a topping to tacos, the options are endless. If you like a little more kick, add extra green chili’s. Enjoy!
