Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette makes a beautiful pink salad dressing. It uses fresh strawberries, although frozen then defrosted to room temp strawberries will work too. Enjoy with your favorite summer time salad.

Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil depending on taste preference
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt & Black pepper
  • 1-2 cloves garlic smashed
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning optional
  • 1 small lemon zested and juiced substitute- 1/2 orange zested and juiced
  • Handful of strawberries fresh or frozen-thawed first

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust to your taste buds.
