Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette makes a beautiful pink salad dressing. It uses fresh strawberries, although frozen then defrosted to room temp strawberries will work too. Enjoy with your favorite summer time salad.
Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil depending on taste preference
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt & Black pepper
- 1-2 cloves garlic smashed
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning optional
- 1 small lemon zested and juiced substitute- 1/2 orange zested and juiced
- Handful of strawberries fresh or frozen-thawed first
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust to your taste buds.
