Go to Vinaigrette

We all need that go to Salad Dressing. One that you can whip up in seconds on a weeknight, one that goes with any greens, one that is versatile that it will please a crowd. This is the ONE! It’s always my go to and if you mix up the herbs you can change the flavor profile (dried or fresh herbs work well.

Making your own salad dressing will save you a lot of money! It takes less than 5mins to put together. A must for making a delicious Vinaigrette is to use an immersion blender or a regular blender. It mixes everything so well. Trust me, bring this dressing to a party or when serving family/friends and everyone will ask, “How did you get it so creamy?” You can share the secret, the immersion blender or keep it to yourself.

For an immersion blender that’s under $30
