Ingredients
3/4
cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4
cup
red wine vinegar
More vinegar for a tangier flavor
1
lemon juiced
1-2
cloves
garlic smashed
1
tsp
Dijon mustard
1
tsp
honey or maple syrup
optional
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: dried herbs: Italian or Greek seasoning, oregano, basil, etc.
Instructions
Place ingredients in a mason jar. Blend using a Stick blender- immersion blender. Or blend in a blender. Taste test and adjust.
Store in fridge. Run jar under warm water and shake well before using.
