Carrot Citrus Slaw
Ingredients
- 5-6 carrots shredded
- 1/2 cabbage shredded any kind, I like savory for this best
- 1 orange zested and chopped
- 2 limes zested and juiced
- 1 tsp salt
- Optional: cilantro chopped, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, grated ginger, green onions, fresh mint.
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together in a bowl. Let sit for 30minutes before serving.
