The first food is memorable and an exciting time for both parents and baby. The market for beginner feeding supplies can be very overwhelming. I’ve compiled a list of items that I use and recommend in my practice. All items have been tested by either a client, or my own kiddo. They are clinician and parent approved.
Beginner [solid food] eating list:

Short handle forks/spoon set

Flat head spoon

Bibs that are stain resistant and easy to clean

Silicone bowl that doesn’t move and is shallow for baby to eat out of easily

Open cup- a shot glass works well too, anything that is small
