  1. Use a sharp paring or chef’s knife

  2. Cut width-wise. This will also produce really long noodles.

Spaghetti squash is an alternative to pasta. It’s a winter squash that’s a vegetable filled with vitamins, minerals such as Vitamin C, B6 (pyridoxine), Manganese, B3 (Niacin), B5 (Pantothenic acid), Potassium, along with fiber and antioxidants. You can freeze cooked spaghetti squash to enjoy all year long.

  • 1 Instant Pot Pressure Cooker
  • 1 pairing or chef knife
  • 1 trivet for IP

Ingredients
  

  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 1 cup water 1 1/2 cups water for 8qt IP

Instructions
 

  • Cut spaghetti squash widthwise using a sharp paring or chef's knife. Scoop out the seeds (save to roast later).
  • Place trivet in Instant Pot with 1 cup water. Place cut spaghetti squash on trivet. Place on lid and check for the valve to be sealed.
  • Manual High 7 mins, quick release. This will produce long spaghetti like noodles. Quick and easy!
