Cut spaghetti squash widthwise using a sharp paring or chef's knife. Scoop out the seeds (save to roast later).
Place trivet in Instant Pot with 1 cup water. Place cut spaghetti squash on trivet. Place on lid and check for the valve to be sealed.
Manual High 7 mins, quick release. This will produce long spaghetti like noodles. Quick and easy!
