Add honey to a bowl. Using a hand whisk, beat together until you get a nice creamy mixture. Takes about 2minutes.
Add butter and cinnamon. Whisk again for another 2-4 minutes, until you get a creamy lightly whipped texture.
Best to serve at room temperature, mixing lightly with a fork to fluff before serving. Store in the refrigerator and bring to room temp before serving.

I use one beater attached to my hand mix. You could also use a stand mixer- The whisk attachment works best.
