Instructions
In a small pot, bring juice to a boil, add gelatin. Whisk until gelatin is dissolved. Pour into silicone gummy molds (use a syringe to pour liquid to mold).
Place in fridge to cool until gels (about an hour or so).
Store in the refrigerator in a glass container.
Notes
*Substitute the juice for herbal tea.Hibiscus tea makes a beautiful pink color. Add 1 TBSP raw honey to slightly sweeten the tea.**Tip- place silicone molds on baking tray to avoid spilling when transferring to the fridge
