Pour ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a large mixing bowl. Mix together to coat the oats completely.
Add chocolate chips and fold to evenly mix.
Place mixture in refrigerator for 10-20mins.
Using a small scoop (small cookie dough scooper) or rounded tablespoon, scoop and form into a ball using hands. Place in a container.
Refrigerate- best if consumed within a week or freeze for up to 3 months.
