or Glass bowl
Ingredients

can
Artichoke hearts drained and rough chopped
Can sub for hearts of palm
1
Lemon juiced
Sub for 2 limes

Italian Seasoning
2-4
cloves
Garlic smashed or minced
1/2
tsp
Salt
1/3-1/2
cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Few shakes of Crushed red pepper

Sundried tomatoes

Instructions
Add all ingredients (Artichokes, Lemon Juice, Italian Seasoning, Salt, garlic, additional add ins) in a mason jar except for the Olive Oil.
Pour Olive oil until the top of artichokes are lightly covered
Give the jar a good shake and let sit for at least an hour before using. The longer this sits the better. Enjoy!
