  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract per cup

Instructions

To make the Hot Chocolate Mix

  • In a blender, add powdered milk, cocoa/cacao powder, sugar and salt. Blend together on high speed until a soft powder forms (roughly 10-15 seconds).
  • Pour blended mixture into a jar, Add chocolate chips. Place lid on and give it a good shake.

To make Hot Chocolate

  • Mix together 3 TBSP hot chocolate mix with 1 cup hot water (or bone broth) and optional vanilla extract. Stir until mixed together. Enjoy!

Notes

You can just add some chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bar before serving, rather than adding it to the mix.
If you make a batch and it's not sweet enough. Add more sugar into the mix and stir, no need to blend again.

This mixture is also easy to add in 2 scoops of collagen peptides to the mix. (Look for grass-fed collagen peptides).
