Family Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb grass fed beef
  • 1/2 cup or slightly less almond flour
  • 1-2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • ½-1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 handful fresh parsley rough chopped
  • 1 green onion finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • Handful frozen or fresh chopped spinach optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400° Line a Sheet pan with parchment paper (unbleached is the best option).
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl (using your hands works best). Roll meatballs into round balls. Line on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 mins depending on the size of meatballs.

Notes

**For beginner eaters, form into log shapes and cute into long strips or bite sized pieces. Large round balls may be a choking hazard, modify for toddlers.
