Apple Sauce- Instant Pot

This apple sauce is quick and easy to make.

Instructions
Optional: Peel apples or leave peel on for a nice chunky apple sauce. Slice apples into large chunks. Be sure to remove the core and seeds.
Place apple chunks into the instant pot along with the lemon juice, cinnamon, and water.
Turn the Instant Pot on to Manual high 5 mins. Let Natural Release for 10mins, then quick release.
Stir to mash the apples. Leave chunky or take an immersion blender or potato masher for a smooth apple sauce.
Best to consume within a week. This applesauce can be canned after making.
Notes
Slow Cooker Instructions. Follow the same instructions as above. Adjust cooking time: Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
